1. IMMEDIATELY check all inventory for the specific lot number referenced below 2. If any affected product is located, immediately remove and quarantine the product. 3. Notify Jamie Young by e-mail jyoung@sunstarems.com of the quantity of affected product found. 4. Box up the affected product, label the box with the attached and have available for pickup and return to the EMS Central Supply Warehouse THIS MUST BE COMPLETED NO LATER THAN October 31, 2026.
