Heads Up:  Multiple Protocol updates go live Wednesday July 3rd at 0800hrs.

Changes include:

 1. A new protocol, CS23 Med Ops in Austere/Unusual Environments, and a new Marine Unit BLS Response Bag for Lifeguard Supervisors and Marine Response to ensure you have clear guidance on expectations for operating in marine and other environments.

2. Adding provision of Leave Behind Narcan (CP2) as a standing order to multiple protocols including C1, C4, M12, P3, P6, P9, CT15 to increase the amount we are giving out.

3. Updating AD11 newborn Baby Surrender to Fire/EMS to match new law allowing for surrendering up to 30 days after birth and allowing parents to call 911 and request to meet us at a location to surrender an infant.
