The brand/vial type of midazolam we are and have been using in the system since 2023 is on backorder with no ETA. The only option we have been able to source, without changing the amount of drug in a vial, is from Pfizer.

The vial is approx. 1/16”  wider and taller than the current vial and as such will require a different clear container to package it in.

This change will not impact the ability to maintain the current complement of controlled substances in a system CS box.
